Dovetail Designs was contracted to complete custom woodworking & cabinets for a historic Cape May residence that stayed true to strict guidelines of historic rennovations. Historic rennovations, especially  in older homes, where older materials and uneven walls are bountiful pose unique challenges which the Dovetail Design craftsman met with ease.

Mantels & wood encasement transformed existing brick fireplace into a cozy spot for it's surrounding built-in benches bookshelves. The kitchen filled with functional custom cabinetry finished harmoniously with distressed finished trim work with coastal blue accents make this spot a favorite in the home! Enjoy the gallery below
